This was painted during my workshop with C W Mundy a week ago. I was attempting to create the feeling of atmosphere and lost edges ..... remember to squint to lose the edges!!!!!!!!

This was started in November in Grand Rapids, Mn during the deer season. It was some of the most beautiful weather that we had ever had in November.

I was making cereal this morning and the strawberries where so red and gorgeous! I cut the tops off and loved the look of the whole fruit and the strawberry tops.

This is a painting of the sunset from my cabin. I had just gotten back from a day of painting and this view exploded in front of me. A lot of Chroma for my paintings, but nature is so incredible! This painting is currently in the Sunrise/Sunset Show that will be opening on 01/08/2010.

This was painted from a photo I took a few years ago at the Minnesota State Fair. It was just before the team was going to the hippodrome for judging.
